Return and Refund Policy for Embroidery Galore

30-Day Return Period

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in unused, undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, simply contact us at support@embroiderygalore.com. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please note that returns made without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Labels

  • For Defective Items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label for returns due to defects.
  • For Non-Defective Items (Customer Remorse): Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return Period

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. We encourage you to inspect your items as soon as they arrive to ensure timely returns if needed.

Condition of Returnable Products

We only accept returns for items that are in unused and original condition. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging, with all tags intact.

Restocking Fee

Embroidery Galore does not charge a restocking fee on any returns.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective Products: We cover the return shipping cost.
  • For Customer Remorse (Non-Defective Products): The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Products

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or faulty item, please contact us immediately at support@embroiderygalore.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged, incorrect, or defective items. If you need an exchange, please reach out to us at support@embroiderygalore.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Restoration Fee

There are no restoration fees for returned items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that the refund may take a few business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
